Dead Man's Hand is a tattoo shop in Winnipeg,Manitoba,Canada. We've been open since 2007 and have had a handful of artist's and Piercer's come and go. At  the moment we have 4 tattoo artist's, 2 apprentices learning how to tattoo and we also have one piercer.
